Product Return Policy:
IML will accept returned merchandise that is in resalable condition 30 days from date order was
shipped, excluding videos, CD-ROMs, and obsolete merchandise. The 30 day policy allows customers
time to preview products, excluding videos and CD-ROMS. If an incorrect product was ordered or it is
determined a product is not suited to your needs, you may return it within 30 days of shipping date for
100% credit on the merchandise. Please call our office for an authorization number, and shipping information
before returning and merchandise.
If any product is damaged in shipment, found to be defective upon receipt, or it is received in
error, please call IML immediatly. Adjustments to your account are only guaranteed if contact with our office
is made within 30 days of our origional shipping date.
